Since June of 2020, Smart Way Maids has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit providing free home cleaning services to cancer patients. Knowing that their services can provide comfort and support to those in need motivates owner Alessandra Vaz to continue giving back and making a difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.
In the past four years, Smart Way Maids has supported cancer patients with donated cleanings. In partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, the company supports two cancer patients homes each month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in Monmouth County.

I had an amazing experience with Smart Way Home Services. The communication was excellent, between emails and text messages - it was very thorough. I found this company on Google and filled out a form for a quote. I was contacted almost immediately! Leticia contacted me. She was wonderful and so nice on the phone and thorough through texting and emails. She answered my questions within seconds of me texting her. She sends out automated responses with reminders as well as checklists as to what to expect from the cleaning team. The checklists were really helpful and detailed. Alessandra came to my house to do the walk through and give me a quote. Alessandra was so nice and thorough. She was so friendly and cheerful. She explained everything in detail. After accepting the quote, I received a day and time within the same week. This is such a good company! Alessandra arrived with Brunna and Cintia on the day of my deep clean. They were right on time. Alessandra showed them everything we talked about. I couldn’t be happier with the job Cyntia and Brunna did. Then Alessandra came at the end to inspect the deep clean and brought me a bouquet of flowers as a thank you for becoming a customer! I was so overwhelmed! It was such a nice gesture.
